Prescription Glasses

Yes. A selection of our frames is available with prescription lenses - see the full prescription line-up here. Pick the frame, choose the prescription option, and enter your values at checkout. Each pair is made to order for your prescription. Custom requests are possible too - see “Do you make custom prescription orders?” below.

Prescription pairs are crafted to order: production takes up to 21 business days, so with shipping expect around 4 to 5 weeks in total. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your pair leaves production. Standard pairs ship much faster - see Shipping & Delivery.

They ship separately: stock items come from our warehouse right away, your prescription pair follows from production. Your prescription pair gets its own tracking number.

Copy the values exactly from the prescription your optician gave you: SPH, CYL and AXIS for each eye, plus your PD (pupillary distance - the distance between your pupils in millimetres). If your prescription doesn't list PD, your optician can measure it in seconds. If anything looks unusual to us, we'll email you to double-check before production starts.

Email us immediately at info@on-slice.com with your order number and the correct values. If production hasn't started, we'll simply update it. We also review incoming prescriptions and contact you if something looks off.

Three stages: order confirmed, then in production (up to 21 business days), then shipped with tracking. During production there's nothing to track yet - that's normal. Once shipped, tracking can take a few days to become active.

Usually yes. If the prescription form on the product page doesn't cover your values, email us your prescription and the frame you'd like - complex and custom prescriptions are quoted individually and made the same way.

Yes. Want a pair from our lineup that isn't offered with prescription lenses, different colours, or transition lenses? Email us at info@on-slice.com with the pair and the options you have in mind - we'll confirm what's possible and send you a quote.

Yes - the lens options shown on the product page (like Anti-Blue protection) are available on prescription pairs too. Choose them with the frame when ordering.

They're made to order, so standard returns don't automatically apply - email us and we'll find a fair solution together. Damaged or defective arrivals are always replaced free under the Care Guarantee.
